We Use Digital Technology to Create Your Orthodontics Treatment Plan

With a few notable exceptions, Invisalign is a good orthodontics option for many people. Our dentists may not suggest it if:

  • You have a fixed dental bridge or similar restoration
  • You don’t have all of your permanent teeth or your jaw is still growing
  • You have a severely misaligned bite

If you are a good candidate, your treatment begins at your first appointment when your dentist will examine you using technology like our 3D X-rays. He will take a series of photographs and make impressions of your teeth and your bite. This information is used to create your customized series of Invisalign aligners. Your dentist will also walk you through the treatment process and answer any questions you have, including how long your treatment will likely take.

Your aligners are produced at a special Invisalign lab. When you receive them, you’ll wear each one for about two weeks before switching to the next one in the series. You’ll only need to see us for a brief check-in every six weeks or so to make sure your treatment is progressing according to plan.
